We need to upgrade our custom installation to support the current LTS Ubuntu. This task has two big sub-tasks:

1. Create scripts to set up the server.
2. Create scripts to set up client machines.

In time these scripts would be customized and maintained at each site (hopefully with SVN used to archive and share)

TODO:

1. Consider adding VNC (remote desktop) to server
2. Test test test!
