How to have the FAIR plugins configured.

Installation

Requirements: Ubuntu 10.04+

  1. Download the latest .deb file from the project homepage
  2. Save the file on your desktop and double-click it to open and install with Software Center
  3. Before running it, make sure that you have your primary network card configured for a static IP address. The default is 10.20.20.1
  4. When running it for the first time, you need to enable FAIR plugins and use the following key: KD(S&83244kljl,<ASFD lLKJSDF lkhd8DSA97D999/adf

Network configuration

Open Edit Connections... which is an option in your Network Manager information area applet, top right corner of your screen. From there, choose the default wired connection and change it to use a Manual configuration instead of DHCP.
